Concrete batching plant layout and design is vital to ensure your project is built for maximum productivity. Fibo batching plant can produce high-quality concrete in accordance with BS 8500 and EN 206 due to it’s dosing accuracy. Out layouts and designs come from over seventy years of experience, giving you best practice.

Mini VIKING Semi-mobile Concrete Batching Plant Layout
Output – 4/5 m3/hr
Specification
- Mini Viking Mixer
- Big bag cement silo
- 193 dia cement auger
The mixing pan capacity is 500 litres gross and 300 litres of mixed concrete.
The batching plant is assembled on a joint steel frame with adjustable support feet.
Agitator pan mixer. Integrated twin hopper for 2 types of aggregate. 2 separate feed belts. Water supply. Load cells. Dosing equipment and control unit with batching computer.
The batching plant is delivered with a high-pressure cleaner.
Use
The mini Viking is ideal for small production runs within manufacturing plants.
C1200 Semi-Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Layout
Output – 10-16 M³/h.

The mixing pan capacity is 1200 litres gross and 800 litres of mixed concrete.

Water supply. Load cells. Dosing equipment and control unit with batching computer.
Use
Ideal for a small construction site or small pre-cast yard casting lego blocks and the like.


C1800 Semi- Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Layout
Output – 20/30 m3/hr

- 38 m3 horizontal cement silo
- 219mm dia x 4.5m cement auger
The mixing pan capacity is 1800 litres gross and 1200 litres of mixed concrete.
Agitator pan mixer. Integrated twin hopper for 2 types of aggregate. 2 separate feed belts.
Water supply. Load cells. Dosing equipment and control unit with batching computer.
Use
Due to the improved output capacity, this machine can deliver 240 m3 of concrete a day at full capacity.
The C1800 is ideal for medium sized construction projects and high volume precast concrete yards.
C1800 x 2 Semi- Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Layout
Output – 40/60 m3/hr

- 2 x C1800 Mixers
- 2 x 30 m3 vertical cement silos
- 2 x 219mm dia x 4.5m cement auger
- 2 x 12m belt conveyors
The mixing pan capacity is 1800 litres gross and 1200 litres of mixed concrete in each mixer total capacity 2400 litres of mixed concrete.
Agitator pan mixer. Integrated twin hopper for 2/4 types of aggregate in each C1800. 2 x 2 separate feed belts.
Water supply. Load cells. Dosing equipment and control unit with batching computer.
Use
At full capacity the twin C1800 batching plant layout delivers 480 m3 of concrete per day during an eight-hour shift.
This capacity is ideal for a small to medium sized ready-mix concrete plant servicing a large site or a number of sites.
Due to the plant being semi-mobile it can be transported and set up very quickly.


F2200 Semi- Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Layout
Output – 25/45 m3/hr

- F2200 mixer
- 2 x 25 m3 vertical cement silos
- 2 x 219mm dia cement auger
- 12m belt conveyor
The mixing pan capacity is 2200 litres gross and 1500 litres of mixed concrete.
Agitator pan mixer. 2 integrated twin hoppers for 2 x 2 types of aggregate. 2 x 2 separate feed belts. Water supply. Load cells. Dosing equipment and control unit for batching computer.
Use
The F2200 delivers 400 m3 at full capacity during an eight hour shift.
The volume is ideal for medium sized construction projects and pre-cast yards.
Many customers use this set up to deliver ready-mix concrete to local contractor.
F2200 Semi- Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Layout
Output – 25/45 m3/hr

F2200 x 2 Semi- Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Layout
Output – 50/90 m3/hr

- 2 x F2200 mixers
- 2 x 38 m3 horizontal cement silos
- 4 x 219mm cement augers
- 2 x 6m belt conveyors
- 14m belt conveyor
- 2 x pre weight cement silos
- Control container
The mixing pan capacity is 2200 litres gross and 1500 litres of mixed concrete for each F2200. Total output 3m3 per batch.
Agitator pan mixer. Integrated twin hopper for 2/4 types of aggregate in each C1800. 8 hoppers in total. 2 x 4 separate feed belts.
We have added a pre weight cement silo to this configuration to maximise output.
Use
This concrete batching plant layout can deliver 720 m3 of concrete at full capacity on an eight hour shift.
This plant is ideal for medium to large construction sites where a lot of concrete is required.
It can also be used in busy locations with a demand for ready mix concrete.

C1200 Road Truck to HGV 32 tonne Specification
Output – 10/20 m3/hr

The mix pan is 1m3 made from hardox steel
The power meter reading determines the consistency of concrete
The concrete discharge point is 1.8m to ease of placement of concrete into a pump and the like.
Two outside scrapers are included for increased speed of concrete discharge from the mixer
Aggregate Hoppers
Hopper capacity is 7m3 of mixed concrete
Three sets of vibrator’s for each hopper bin are included
Moisture probes included for both bins are included
Calibration pull down point included
Pre Weight of Cement
The pre weight bin deliver the +- 1% batching accuracy and improves the out put to 30m3/hr
The cement weight hopper has two inlet points for two silos so it is possible to blend two types of cement, for example, OPC and GGBS
